Online Booking

The Haryana government has mandated an online booking system for affordable apartments under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy Scheme. To ensure a smooth booking process, it is recommended to use a laptop or desktop.

Step 1: Registration Process

Applicants are required to first register before applying for a flat on the website of the Town and Country Planning Haryana Government.

Open the Registration Link: Visit DTCP Government of Haryana Registration.

User Registration: Click on “User Registration” on the right-hand side of the page.

 

Required Details and Documents for Registration of Applicant

  • Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • PAN Card (Softcopy)
  • Aadhar Card (Softcopy)
  • Passport Size Photo (Softcopy) 
  • Bank Details of Applicant (for refund purposes in case of non-allotment of flat)

Upload Documents:

For the final step of registration, upload the required documents (PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport Size Photo) and click on the “Complete Profile Registration” button.

Note:

  • Bank details should belong to the applicant. Please ensure the bank account details are entered accurately.
  • Fill in the Name, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card carefully as they cannot be modified later.

 

Any minor mistake in your application form could lead to rejection, potentially causing issues with application fees and refunds. For guidance, rely on our experts who are authorized by the builder.

Step 2: Booking Process:

Login to the Website:

Go to the link:

Login with your details.

 

Apply for Advitya Heights Project:

  • After logging in, locate and click on the “Apply” button associated with the Advitya Heights Project.

 

Select Category of Flat/Unit:

  • Choose the specific category of flat or unit you wish to apply for.

 

Fill Applicant Profile:

  • Click on the “Applicant Profile” tab.
  • Fill in all the required information such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Nominee Details. (Please fill carefully as once saved, modifications cannot be made).

 

Select Category:

  • Move to the “Category” tab.
  • Select the General category of flat and then select the “I don’t have” option.

 

Upload Documents:

  • Proceed to the “Documents” tab.
  • Upload scanned copies of your Passport Size Photo, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and a Notarized affidavit as specified.

 

Pay Registration Fee:

  • Navigate to the “Registration Fee” tab.
  • Pay Rs. 590 online as the registration fee. Online payment can be made via Debit Card / Credit Card / NET Banking / UPI.

 

Pay Application Fee:

  • Go to the “Application Fee” tab.
  • Pay the application fee required for the selected unit category. Online payment can be made via Debit Card / Credit Card / NET Banking / UPI. Note: Please check your payment limits for Debit Card / Credit Card / NET Banking / UPI before proceeding with online payment.

 

Final Submission:

  • Click on the “Final Submission” tab.
  • Review all the information you have provided to ensure it’s correct.
  • Submit your application.

 

Confirmation:

  • After submitting, you should receive an application receipt containing a serial number. Alternatively, you can download the acknowledgment receipt from the website.

 

Notes:

  • Ensure all necessary documents are scanned and ready before starting the application process.
  • Double-check all information before final submission to avoid errors.
  • Keep your payment details handy for smooth transaction processes.

Step - 3 ( Booking Confirmation Process) ​

Once the booking process is complete, please send your Application Receipt to  info@advityagroup.in  and include your mobile number in the email.

Upon receiving your application, we will send you a confirmation email along with your application receipt, which will include the builder’s stamps, to acknowledge that your application has been accepted at the builder’s office.

Notarized Affidavit

Please Note:  

Attached Notarized Affidavit document is mandatory for online booking. Applications without the Affidavit will be rejected.
